intensity

Already, with the 8 Jun live streaming and the anticipation of what's going to happen on 69day (in the end, they didn't announce their plans for 2nd half 2007 after all...), the last couple of days were illuminated with mucc, mucc, mucc for me. For the muckers attending all 3 lives in Japan, i can only imagine the kind of intensity they were going through.

Well, now that the History Of Mucc lives are over, i just hope they'll make some DVD out of it!

Received the Best of and Worst of albums yesterday. Have only listened the tracks briefly once, so may not have caught everything, though safe to say that most of the tracks in Worst of were remixed, but only a handful were remixed in the Best of (Ware, Monokuro, 9/3, Libra and Flight). There's a beautiful 9日 vers in The Best Of acoustic disc. The Worst Of sleeve is in the form of a mini-newspaper :) My first response was great surprise :) but as I read it, it elicited a mix of emotions.

i still dreaming of they'll release some kind of boxset with all the history of mucc lives for christmas or something similar...wow that will be great XD. As for the plans for the second half...i think that maybe there will not be any releases, they have been releasing a lot of new material in consecutive months lately and maybe they want to take a little rest...and like they use to announce their releases with a few months of anticipation...


Tomorrow they play in a european festival, but sadly, unlike in others european festivals there will not stream the shows :(

hey, i have just received the Best & Worst of albums, i am giving the first listening to the acoustic cd and its great! even the version of Tsuki no Skayu is better than the one which came in the kokoro single.

As for the package of both albums i think is excellent, is funny to see in the digipack of best of, photos from their different ages and compare then XD also is quite strange to see Tatsuro's (isn't his name Tasurou?) and Miya's names written this way and not with kanjis. And the "newspaper" for the worst of is also great :) revising their old times.

By the way, as i ordered the two versions of best of, i have the "anniversary" poster repeated XD

i think they'll release a DVD on the history of mucc lives! well, i hope so anyway! really want to see the exhibits that they put up on 69 day...><

me too, heehee... i received both posters too... which is great! one to keep and one to hang, hahaha... now the problem is, where should i hang it...hmmm...

i like the acoustic disc too! ... i really like the 九日四畳半vers., and yes yes yes yes! i totally agree that the 砂の城 acoustic vers. here is better than the acoustic vers. in the single! and the intro to 青き春 is fun :)

i prefer the original vers. of most of the Worst Of tracks though... how about you?

50%-50%...though there are a few details like the background sounds they have added to some song (specially in ayatori & danzetsu) that i haven't liked too much

i guess i can't say i don't like the new versions. it's just that if i'm asked to make a choice, i'd still choose the original versions.

when i first heard the new danzetsu, i was also a bit taken aback. i thought the original bass solo intro was really beautiful... so lonely-sounding and beautiful.

ps. tsuki no sakyuu acoustic version has really grown on to me :) i can't stop listening to it XD

yeah, thats what i mean :) Danzetsu still being a great song, but i think the new version doesn't have that kind of sad atmosphere that used to have...i also miss a bit his old dirty sound...in fact my danzetsu preferred version is the version of Tsuuzetsu inshou chigai XD
